At Apollo Counselling Services, we are registered to provide private and confidential QAS (Ambulance) and QPS SelfRefer counselling to support employees with their wellbeing, stress, trauma and mental health needs.
Ready to book? Through the Queensland Ambulance (QAS) or Queensland Police Service SelfRefer program, current employees can access private, external and confidential counselling at no cost to you.
Booking is simple. You can make a free appointment through our secure online portal and attend either in person in our Ipswich practice, or by telehealth. If you’re a QPS employee, at your first appointment you will only need to show your current QPS ID or badge so your eligibility can be confirmed for payment purposes.
Your counselling remains confidential. Neither QAS nor QPS receive your session notes or the personal information discussed in counselling. Invoices are submitted using a de-identified invoice number, helping you access support discreetly and privately.
