Thanks for visiting. Dean is an Ipswich based, dedicated and compassionate counsellor who specialises in client-centered therapies for both individuals and couples. In addition to anxiety and depression, Dean also specialises in addiction, with a talent for helping clients quit smoking, drinking and other substances. An Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), Dean is a recognised provider with Medicare and provides NDIS counselling.

Dean is highly qualified, holding a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and Addiction, a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing.  He firmly believes that every individual has the capacity for personal growth and healing, and his goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to embark on your journey towards positive change.

With extensive training and experience in various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to treat trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and prolonged and massed exposure therapy (PE), he offers a comprehensive and tailored approach to address a wide range of mental health concerns. His primary areas of focus include adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
